The mineral or cell salt associated with Sagittarius is silica, also known as silicea, silicon oxide, white pebble, or common quartz. Its chemical abbreviation is Si. Silica is produced by fusing crude silica with sodium carbonate, then dissolving the residue, filtering, and precipitating it with hydrochloric acid.
Before internal use, this product must be finely triturated according to biochemical methods.
Silica serves as the surgeon of the human organism. It is present in hair, skin, nails, periosteum (the membrane covering bones), the nerve sheath (neurilemma), and in trace amounts within bone tissue. The sharp-cornered particles of silica contribute to its surgical properties. When reduced to a fine powder, silica retains its jagged structure, resembling that of larger quartz pieces.
In situations requiring the removal of decaying organic matter from the body, silica’s pointed particles facilitate the process of suppuration by cutting pathways to the surface for pus discharge. The remarkable chemical and mechanical operations of this natural artisan are unmatched in physiological or biological studies.
Silica strengthens the bone covering. In cases of boils or carbuncles, a biochemist focuses on providing nature with the necessary tools for healing, rather than searching for specific germs or using experimental serums.
The Centaur in mythology, known as Sagittarius, represents the "Circle of Beasts" that worship the Sun day and night, armed with a drawn bow. Arrowheads are traditionally made from flint or quartz, underscoring why silica is the birth salt for those born under this sign. Silica contributes to the glossy finish of hair and nails. Additionally, crops like corn, wheat, oats, or barley require this mineral to stand upright.
Sagittarius individuals are often swift, strong, and possess a prophetic ability to see into the future, hitting their mark like an archer. A renowned astrologer once remarked, "Never wager with someone born under Sagittarius or with Sagittarius rising, or you may lose your wealth."
Sagittarians are also adept at thought transference, capable of concentrating on distant minds and sending messages through the vibrational energies that fill space. This ability allows those finely attuned to nature’s harmonies to perceive their signals.
In biblical alchemy, Sagittarius corresponds to Levi, the third son of Jacob, whose name means "joined" or "associated." In the New Testament, Sagittarius is linked to the disciple James, son of Alpheus.
