VIRGO

Dates: August 23 to September 22

Governing Planet: Mercury

Gems: Pink jasper and hyacinth

Astral Colors: Gold and black

The term "virgin" signifies purity. The names Mary, Marie, and Mare (or Mar) translate to water, with the letter M representing Aquarius, "The Water Bearer." Therefore, "Virgin Mary" can be interpreted as "pure sea" or "pure water."

The name Jesus comes from a Greek word meaning fish. From the pure sea—or water—comes fish, just as from a woman's body comes the "Word made flesh." All substance originates from air, a higher form of water.

In this context, all substance can be viewed as "fish" or the essence of Jesus, encapsulated in the invitation: "Eat, this is My body; drink, this is My blood."

Flesh and blood arise from one universal air, energy, or Spirit, which is the essence of human existence. All tangible elements are manifestations of specific rates of motion of intangible and unseen elements. For example, nitrogen gas represents minerals in solution—ultimate potency.

Oil is produced through the combination of potassium sulphate (potash) with albuminoids and aerial elements. In individuals born under the celestial sign Virgo, the first element to show disturbance is oil. This disruption indicates a deficiency in potassium sulphate, also known as Kali sulphate in pharmacology.

Virgo corresponds to the solar plexus and the bowels. The solar plexus acts as a major energy receiver from the back brain, while the bowels finalize the chemical processing of food for assimilation into the bloodstream.

In Hebrew, the letter X represents Samech or Stomach. The X, or cross, symbolizes crucifixion or transformation—transmutation.

Virgo individuals tend to be discerning, analytical, and critical.

Microscopic analysis shows that when the body is healthy, steam continuously escapes from the millions of pores in the skin. A deficiency in Kali sulphate can thicken the oil in tissues, clogging these "safety valves" of the body. This can lead to internal heat and secretions affecting organs like the lungs and nasal passages. It's curious that modern medicine has yet to find a more precise term than "bad cold" for these chemical imbalances.

Kali sulphate is abundant in the scalp and hair. When its levels drop, issues like dandruff, oily secretions, or hair loss can occur. Kali sulphate plays a vital role in the body’s chemistry, especially in oil production, showcasing the miracle of life’s chemistry.

In biblical alchemy, Virgo is represented by Joseph, the twelfth son of Jacob, symbolizing increased power or the "son of the right hand." Virgo is also associated with the disciple Bartholomew.
